Dr. Dawn Marie Arena, DDS

Not professional treatment by office staff (or at least behavior that I have not encountered when dealing with a dental office). I was told that I would need to get my xrays emailed to myself from my former dentist and bring on my appointment day. There were no other patients there when I arrived. It seemed they also do some kind of facial treatments which caught me as odd. I was told I needed all new xrays (don't believe I needed them and think having them was a stretch. Scarier was that I was not covered with an apron during the xrays. Never have I had the dentist be the one cleaning my teeth. She applied a numbing agent to my gums to clean. It happened so fast that I did not know what she was doing. Looking back now, it was scary...a bad nightmare. Dawn is a nice person but I cannot recommend this office. I didn't feel it was a clean or safe place.
