Dr. David Wei-Chan Chien, MD

Dr. Chien has been my children's pediatrician for now 6 years. He provides exceptional care and utmost respect to our family's concerns and needs. What I appreciate most about his care, is his attentiveness to our children. He is very kind (we have pictures with each child with him in their doctor's costumes). He speaks to them with kindness and respect. He speaks highly of each of them. He takes his time to ensure any concerns with their health our addressed and again goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Gisella is also an amazing receptionist. We always appreciate her quality customer service and care.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Chein and the exceptional care he has provided for my three children since they were infants. His extensive knowledge and professionalism have always put me at ease, and he takes the time to explain everything in a way I can truly understand. It is reassuring to know that we can trust him completely with our children's health. I have always felt confident in his assessments and recommendations, and he has never steered us wrong.We are genuinely grateful to have such a dedicated and capable pediatrician taking care of our family.

I am very happy with my children's new doctor. The only issue I had was trying to get them an appointment. They didn't have anything for five months. My children usually get their physicals in August for their birthdays. Overall, I'm very happy that I switched over Pediatrician's. Dr. Chen showed a lot of respect for my boys and he motivated them into eating veggies and fruits lol now they keep asking me for fruits and vegetables because they want to grow strong and tall. Thank you so much.

Dr. Chien has been our childrens doctor for about 14 years now and we have gotten the BEST care since day 1! He is very kind, patient & takes the time to talk to his young patients to see how they are doing. He takes the time to listen to us when we have a concern or question about a vaccine. He is an Anazing Physician & we feel Blessed to have had him as our childrens doctor for so many years!

Very impressed with the whole process. The front office answered the phone after hours and was successful in securing an appt with Dr Chien the next day. We were happy as the condition did not warranty urgent care but needed to be addressed asap. We saw Dr Chien the next day and believe that his expertise was right on the money. We are grateful for the care we get at Facey.

Dr Chien was doing his rounds at Holy Cross Hospital at the same time my daughter was born. He came in to check on her and I asked the nurse who's that? She said "Dr Chien, he's in PR" immediately I made him her PCP. He's so soft spoken, knowledgeable, kind, explains what he's doing and going to do, answers all my question and concerns. The pediatric area at this facey group is so wonderful. Everyone is nice and welcoming as well. Dr Chien is my daughters doctor too and he is always on time, knowledgeable, and you leave his office feeling much better about your kids. He answers questions and doesn't rush or brush you off. Facey and we are lucky to have him as our provider.

Dr. Chien is always so patient with us and answers all of our questions. He never makes us feel rushed or like we're taking up too much of his time. We also really appreciate that he speaks directly to our son and not just about him to us. He's an amazing doctor and we're so lucky to have found him for our family. Thank you, Dr. Chien!

We love Dr. Chien and all the nurses and receptionists. They are always friendly, answer any questions we have and are helpful. The scheduling for immediate care usually happens right away. This was a yearly physical and each year gets pushed out by months, but that seems to be the case with other specialties also.

I did not have a bad experience. I actually really liked Dr. and everyone in the facility was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get physicals for my kids for about five months in. I kind of thought that was unfair to them. But now I know for next year to call a couple months in advance.
