Dr Jenson took the time to explain everything that he was doing and had a great bedside manner! He is a caring doctor and was caring to my situation. He took time to answer my questions and to be sure I understood his answer.

Dr. Jenson was to operate on my foot for tarsal tunnel syndrome as indicated by the MRI.  The next thing I know, he removed the nerves in my second and third interspace, claiming I suffered with "entrapment neuroma".   I had no such thing and did not even go to his office with such an issue.  Even the MRI is very clear on this matter, stating that there were "no findings to suggest neuroma formation".  He made 5 incisions during one surgery.  I now have severe pain underneath where he removed the nerves to my toe every step I take.    Never was I informed that he planned on removing these nerves during surgery.  Otherwise, I would have stopped the surgery immediately.  I have since had one surgery to eliminate the pain and will most likely have to have another one.  Not to mention, my middle toe is dead for the rest of my life.
