Very good treatment from the checkin all the way to the actual visit with doctor. Dr. Poetker did an extremely thorough job of explaining everything in detail. He actually did a little probing up my nose to show me some of the sinus condition. He explained the actual surgical procedure in details, noting the risks, and options. He easily answered by questions about his personal experience with surgical issues and how he dealt with each of them. He instilled a lot of confidence in his ability to do this procedure with my wellbeing in mind.
