I felt confident that Dr. Reed knew what he was taling about.

My typical wait was 45 to 60 minutes past appointment times.  The office was slow to respond to phone calls and pharmacy requests.  They had no record of my prescription dosage (I had to take in a pill bottle to re-establish the prescription originally written by Dr. Reed himself). Then later they completely lost track of what medication I was on and 2 office staff members repeatedly told me I was wrong about what I was taking.  When the doctor finally found the records he blamed the mistake on electronic record keeping not being as good as paper.  And no one ever took responsibility.  This is just not a competent office in my experience.
