Dr. Mann was very nice and was very gentle while cleaning my ears. When I had a little discomfort he would immediately back off. He stopped short while cleaning my right ear and explained that there was a little debris stuck tightly. He instructed me put a little oil in my right ear the day before my next appointment to loosen the debris for better removal. Dr. Mann is very concentious in his care of my ears.
