This office is incompetent and negligent. I have reported this office to multiple boards and bureaus for the terrible care that is provided here. I have made two appointments to see Dr. Boffard and both times he was not there and saw someone else. I did blood work and ultrasound in the office and was told my results were normal only to find out months later during my second appointment that my results were actually abnormal. I asked for the script for bloodwork to get them drawn at a lab covered by my insurance and was told no that I needed to do everything there so they can bill me. I was told to wait a week for my lab results and when I called back I was told to call back in another week. The staff is rude, incompetent, and absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting my lawyer.

Rip off- THEY TAKE ONLY CASH FOR ABORTION PILL EVEN IF YOU GAVE COVERAGE IN NETWORK WITH ATENA call and they wouldn’t take card only wanted cash for abortion pill even though I’m FULLY cover and he listed as a in network doctor

THE ABSOLUTE WORST ESTABLISHMENT IVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY LITERALLY SCHEDULED ME TO COME IN WAIT 2 HOURS TO TELL ME THE DOCTOR LEFT AN HOUR BEFORE I GOT THERE. SECONDLY!!! THEY HAD A DOCTOR WHO DID NOT WORK THERE RECOMMEND MEDICINE THAT MADE MY SYMPTOMS WORSE. EVERYONE THERE IS INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME NOR HEALTH!!
