I reached out to this office because they were well reviewed and I’ve been struggling lately. On first call the front office staff assured me that they were scheduling out for February but would call me back, verbatim said “I will call you back okay?” I sent them the information and waited nine days with no response. When I sent an open letter saying it’s hard to step forward and ask for help to be ignored after being assured I’d be contacted all I got back was a canned response and a “some people slip through the cracks.” 

Well that’s my problem. Just assume you’ll fall into another crack they just don’t see or look into.
