My wife got her results from blood work and Dr Reich called briefly asking she needs to do a endoscopy. My wife asked politely for the reason behind it and no further information was given. He dropped the phone and the call was transfer to his secretary/assistant (Fabiola Dejesus) which is the worst person to deal with. Not only were the question's of my wife unanswered she was being extremely rude and mistreated my wife over the phone and force her to take on an appointment. She even belittle my wife for asking basic questions about the results. 
Terrible and awful service. I have never experience such rude behavior from an assistant . Zero Stars
