Dr. McGinty has horrible Office Staff. Today I learned that the Office Manager is his wife. I had an appointment today. When I logged on for my telehealth appointment, she came on the screen and spoke about a past due payment and how did I want to handle it. Before I had a chance to respond about making any type of payment, she hung up the telehealth. I logged back on and waited for almost an hour for Dr. McGinty to log on. There was a chat box. I typed in that I was waiting and when would the doctor see me. Then she typed in the chat, The doctor will not see you today. I chatted back to find out why. After waiting longer, she came on the camera and said that I would not be seen, that it seems I cannot afford them and that I need to go and find another PCP.  I then asked who she was and she replied screaming, I am HIS WIFE, and hung up again. I guess now, I have to find a new PCP. Horrible experience.

Dr. McGinty was not able to provide me the basic primary care that he advertises. He was unable to interpret my lab results appropriately. He said my results were normal, when they were not normal and indicated inflammation. He flat out told me that he did not look at urinalysis results, and told me to see a urologist. He was very dismissive of my concerns about high cholesterol numbers. He refused to provide lab orders for follow up tests to the high inflammation markers. Overall, he was absolutely unable and unwilling to try to help me figure out what health issues I was having. If you don't already have a diagnosis of s simple health condition, I would not suggest seeing him.  His staff is also a big problem. They are had to reach, seem too busy to do their jobs, and some of the staff are downright rude on the phone.
