I was charged for some exams that I never had, still calling and going to the office to ask the update of the bill.

My visit was an annual check-up, it has been a whole month and still, I don't receive some of the results. 

You have to understand that going to the doctor is not something people do for fun, in max two weeks a person needs to know if everything is Ok or not. it is just an annual check-up, it is not NASA.

In the XXI century, a medical center still needs a whole month to give you back some results....unbelievable

I visited Dr. Saltzman for my Annual Physical and it was a wonderful experience.  I am shocked to see all of these negative reviews. She was attentive and took her time with me. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to her office.
