Dr Thompson is a pediatrician who is passionate about providing comprehensive care for children and adolescents. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Following medical school, he completed his pediatric residency training at ETSU Pediatrics/Niswonger Children’s Hospital in Johnson City, Tennessee, where he gained extensive experience in inpatient, intensive care and outpatient pediatric medicine. During his training, he also participated in research and quality improvement initiatives focused on pediatric asthma care and adolescent health. He is board eligible in pediatrics.
