She lacks communication skills, she does not listen to her own words and she made my entire situation 1000 times more difficult than it had to be. She has sent me down the wrong path for my treatment so many times I lost count. Today was the final straw when she refused to fill out a form, which means that now because I can't physically work, and work can not accommodate me, I am not getting paid. This is not the first time this has happened either for this problem. So again overall she lacks the knowledge she is supposed to have and she lacks communication.
