From the very start Dr Baird was biased and just flat out rude. She placed undue blame on me having barely listened to what was going on. She often rolled her eyes and physically pointed in my face while being obnoxious about my situation. Being in a shaky place, she only made our situation worse. On top of that, twice while I was mid sentence she would answer her phone and walk out. You can’t make this stuff up!
