I was surprised to hear of the negative reviews only because when my son, now 20, was a pre-teen-teen, he broke 5/10 fingers over a few years and Dr. Phillips splinted them all and performed surgery on one of them. He was professional and personable. He saw us at the IBJI in Morton Grove. I need to see him now for my hand and found these reviews. I'm going to try him again and report back to everyone here.
