I only wish it were possible to give ZERO stars!

The Vancouver Clinic is nothing more than organized crime. They claim to have patients' interests as their primary focus, but they clearly have absolutely no interest in patients, their care, or anything else except taking their money. My child went in to get treatment for two warts with Corey Richardson in Dermatology. He applied some beetle juice and charged nearly $600! The warts were not successfully treated, but that billing rate would have been outrageous even for a good outcome. I called several times, hoping to find somebody who would take an interest in helping resolve my concerns of healthcare problem not solved and outrageous billing, but nobody ever expressed even the slightest concern about the lack of results with the care, and they didn't want to even talk about cost, saying that we signed the form to allow treatment, and even though it doesn't say how much they will charge, we have to pay whatever they decide is fair. I went in to the office and got the same treatment. The receptionist told me that Corey Richardson was not available, but while I was explaining the wrongness of everything to the receptionist, he suddenly became available and instead of listening to me and talking with me about my concerns, just ignored me and told his receptionist that she didn't have to listen to anything I was saying. He then told me to leave and threatened to get security involved if I did not.

After such a horrible first experience, my family did not want to return there, so we cancelled another appointment we had scheduled. Unfortunately for us, we were not aware of their ridiculous cancellation policy and since we missed the cancellation cutoff by 30 minutes, they insisted that we pay them a $50 cancellation fee, even though the appointment was 24 hours later.

The Vancouver Clinic is not worried about the Hippocratic Oath. I think they are more in the Hypocritical Oath. They seriously could not care any less about patients and are happy to steal your money, if given the chance. They give doctors and healthcare a very bad name. NEVER AGAIN for us!! My advice to you if you need healthcare and don't want to be totally ripped off is to RUN AWAY VERY FAST AND VERY FAR!

The worst part, is the on his bio/profile page, Corey Richardson has the nerve to talk about he is pastor at a local christian church. He is nothing but a liar, hypocrite, and thief. He clearly knows nothing about the gospel of Jesus Christ or maybe knows a lot but just don't practice anything of what he preaches? This kind of 'healthcare' is nothing but highway robbery and has nothing to do with caring for patients and treating them the right way, medically or financially. scum of the earth and gives healthcare and doctors a bad name.
