I am review the entire practice. I wish I could give zero stars. For the second time they overcharged for a contact exam by $40.00. Told my son that there was a new type they thought he’d prefer but they had to order. He specifically asked time frame as he was concerned about having contacts before he returned to college. Was assured it would be a few days. It has been a month and not only no contacts but no one is answering the phone. Called the other office which is closed but at least could get a live person on the phone and told her the problem and was told someone would get back to me and haven’t heard a thing. I will now go another doctor and it won’t be covered by I have no choice. Don’t waste your money and time here. They are awful.
