They charged me over $350 just to look in my ear and throat with a light for one minute and then tell me if I needed for him to use a tiny camera through my throat to see if there are any issues, it will cost me another $250. Then a few months later, I found out from my insurance company that he has also billed them. I called AETNA and reported. They called the office with me on the phone and they were forced to return my money back with a check they sent back to me. I only saw the doc for less than a minute. I saw an assistant the whole time.

Terrible bedside manner.  Charged my insurance co. over $300. plus my $60.  co-pay just to look in my ears, nose & throat.   He just wanted to do all these expensive procedures and all I had was a cold.  Seemed insulted when I asked for antibiotics.  Never - Never going back
