I have been seeing Dr Alprin for several years. He has always shown he cares and wants to help.

I truly appreciate Dr. Alprin for his vast knowledge, comfortable manners, and the easy way he listens and responds to my concerns. His office location is great, parking is easy and free, and the wait is fine. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. The practice is good about working you in for a non-emergency, but really needed, appointment. Might not be with my doctor but every doctor I have seen in this practice has been great. 
My referrals for mammograms, colonoscopies, and other things are printed and given to me at checkout when I leave. All of the referrals have been on my insurance and I have been pleased with Dr. Alprin's choice of physcians. With my plan I am allowed to go to a specialist without a referral, but I have been pleased with each doctor recommended by Dr. Alprin, so I don't have to wade through the reviews. I rarely leave reviews but was irratated by some of the reviews for Dr. Alprin and thought I would share my experieces.

Excellent bedside manner, took time to listen to and answers all my concerns and questions. Him and his staff are very efficient and friendly. Him and his office are the first doctors office I’ve ever gone to in my entire life where I scheduled my appointment at a certain time and I’m usually seen exactly at that time or a little bit before. I’ve been going to Dr. Albert four almost 5 years now and I’m still extremely satisfied with him and his staff.

Go to another doctor! After 5 months and 4 subsequent requests, I still didn't get the referral that Dr. Alprin verbally agreed to give me. I scheduled the appointment with the ophthalmologist hoping that a "due date" would encourage the staff to get me the referral. It didn't work. I had to cancel the appointment. 
When their phone system doesn't work at all, there is not helpful work around. You just have to keep calling. 
Since I just got an email from their office telling me that they deleted my patient portal, I guess that is confirmation that I need to hire a new PCP. Wow!
