Extremely unsatisfied with care provided at this location. I knew we should have taken our kids to Cornerstone Pediatrics. (Everyone told us that when we were looking for a Pediatrician). My child has been sick for 4+ weeks now. We went back in for a second time, only this time he has additional symptoms including: consistent fevers up to 102, and yellow mucus. We were told AGAIN: "It will pass, it's just viral." I'm sorry, but consistent fevers, and colored mucus points to bacterial (according to EVERY NURSE I KNOW, and I know A LOT OF NURSES.) So in a last-ditch effort to get my child some relief, I called and left the Triage Nurse a message. When they finally called back nearly 4 hours later, they told me that "fevers & colored mucus being related to a bacterial infection is an old wives tale. Perhaps this is a new virus, on top of whatever the last virus was." <--- Seriously!!! That's what they actually said!!!!
