It took a long time to get in to see her (>1 year), but it was so, so worth it. My first visit with her I flew to Baltimore when she was still there, and my second visit was during Covid so it was telemedicine. I just got new insurance and finally, she's in-network so I can't wait to see her again. It's really refreshing going to a doctor who actually knows about EDS and all of its comorbidities. My first visit with her, she spent 3 hours with me. She takes her time and really, genuinely listens to you.
