Waited over half an hour past my appointment time to be seen, only to be made to feel rushed and dismissed. Dr. Martin offered almost nothing unprompted by the way of advice. I felt that I had almost the same amount of information on my pain leaving as when I had come in. I had to request a physical therapy referral myself (why wouldn’t you automatically suggest or even insist upon physical therapy to a patient suffering back pain?) and still have not heard back. Basically, “Thanks for the insurance money! Keep taking ibuprofen! I have no other suggestions, bye! 💁‍♀️ Oh uh, you want physical therapy? Sure I guess…“
