Sue, who made the appointment for me, was the most pleasant front office staff member I have ever dealt with in any practice.  She was able to get me in within 2 days of contacting the office by putting me on a wait-list for cancellations and calling the same day with a cancellation!  
Dr Manning was very easy to speak with, listened to my concerns and acted most professionally .  I'm a retired RN and would definitely return if/when I have another orthopedic problem.
