I made an initial appointment for myself before trying to schedule the rest of my family.  The receptionist was very friendly on the phone.  I received the portal link in my email.  The link did not work, but when I called the office, the receptionist said no big deal, just come a few minutes early and fill out the paperwork.  Not a problem.  I show up at 4:15pm for a 4:30pm appointment.  The waiting room was full and not moving.  I fill out paperwork and take a seat.  The doctor comes out, and pulls four people from the waiting room at 4:45pm.  I can hear conversations occurring and everyone seems to be in a good mood, nothing amiss.  People slowly trickle out from the back, and the waiting room fills back up.  By 5pm, the doctor comes back out pulls me, and two other people, places us in individual treatment rooms.  And then proceeds to start working on the patient who walked in the door 5min ago, rather than the other gentleman who was there when I arrived.   At this point I walked out.  
   The doctor seemed nice enough, and everyone was content to wait.  Do not accept new patients if you cannot manage your current workload.
