Waited 1 month for my appointment. The morning of the appointment I get a text saying my appointment has been cancelled. The office called to reschedule and told me since I was a new client I had to wait another month. I asked that they make an exception since I already waited 1 month and am in a great deal of pain. Nope, have to wait another month.
