Both Dr Gatten and her medical assistant were very competent and skilled. She shared excellent advise for me to do at home for my my eye problem However; my guess due to Providence productivity requirement, I felt very rushed and was spoken to very quickly in explanations and answers to my questions. I'd recommend that all staff take just a little more time and show basic interest in the patient. It felt a bit like I was in an assembly line of patients being seen.

I initially, I had an appointment to see this doctor in November 2024 they kept canceling the appointment saying the doctor was on leave and then when I finally did get appointment and I got there to Dr still only but once I finally got to see the doctor almost 8 months after I initially was authorized I was very pleased with her care

I thought I was to be referred to an ophthalmologist. Christina Gratton is an OD but I was assured everything would be taken care of. I believe that was the case. She was very thorough in the eye exam and we discussed cataracts, double vision and future visits to ensure any change in vision would be dealt with in timely manner

Made an appt to see an Opthamologist but assigned to an optometrist. Was a bit disappointed since I had already seen my primary doctor the day before who said I should see an ophthalmologist . But explanation that I see the optometrist first was acceptable. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with Dr Grattan's work.

There is nothing bad I can say. She was not my regular doctor who cares for my eyes, but she was good. Since I know her as an optician, but the staff member assured me that she can provide medical diagnosis for my eyes, I decided to see her and the staff member was correct. Thank God for good doctors.

Dr. Christina Grattan is a pleasant, kind, and professional physician who explained all my test results regarding my glaucoma suspicion diagnosis in a simple manner that I can understand. My visit did not feel rushed and she provided me the opportunity to ask questions and answer any of my concerns.

This provider was knowledgeable and explained things very well. My one recommendation would be for the office to upgrade their equipment, such as a camera to take photos of the eye. This is standard at many other modern optometry and ophthalmology offices.

She is one of the best providers I have been to. She listened well and explained what everything meant. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Doctors all graduate and gain the title of doctor, but you can tell who graduated at the top of the class.

My Doctor was lovely and knowledgeable but it's annoying that I can't seem to get ANY appt with ANY doctor or specialist in my network less than 6 months from the date I call to make said appointments
