First his assistant has a very flat affect and no personality or interaction other than the minimal. I was unable to have a root canal due to a vertical tooth crack. He aborted the root canal. Never said anything until he was done; no talking in the room. Told me and seemed more upset that "he wasn't making as much money" rather than my needing to have the tooth extracted. Paid him what I thought was the total amount but then got an additional $65 bill for limited evaluation. I would never return to their office.
