Horrible. The questions that were dismissed when making the appointment, were apparently spot on, “Is the Doctor going to check me?” the response was vague and I was told it was up to him, okay yes I understand that, yet first thing he wants to do is stick a catheter in me and made it seem as if it was the most common and routine check, yet when I asked on the phone nothing with regards to any possible procedure was mentioned.

Bedside manner Zero - Dr. Graham - As I am trying to explain my issue which lead me to visit. He is letting me know that the paperwork from the Urgent care visits does not align with what I am saying, that is fair, not aligning then they did not provide you with every, so let me try to tell him that I would like to focus on the single paper that was provided and I can explain. He goes into a speech were he says that I dont have to “argue”, that maybe my issue was not actually properly diagnosed, so I say well yes that is why im here but all I can think is how rude of him I am simply trying to explain if they did not provide all the paperwork then I can provide him with a history. Telling me not to “argue” when I am just trying to explain is just bad form.

Long story short between that and what he wanted to do and the fact that I have never felt so uncomfortable in a doctor's office because of the way I am being spoken to, a tone that is unnecessary and condescending. Well, I was more than happy when I said I need a minute and he came back and informed me that he didn’t think I was comfortable and it was not a good fit. YES! as soon as his mouth opened I felt this so the only good thing was the returned money. I would never trust someone that is condescending to perform any procedures on me.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews after the appointment. Avoid this guy. He is rude, condescending, and likes to lecture.  Maybe he doesn't like referrals.  I found out I can pick my own doctor and did so. From now on I will read reviews before an appointment.  He missed the class in medical school about bedside manner. Avoid this guy at all costs.
