You make an appointment with this Dr. and you do not even see him . You see his Assistant and he reads notes to you. Insurance companies should not be paying this Dr. his rate should be paid assistant rate or assistant should be paid Dr. rate .He is in Breach of Duty. Needs to be investigated. Another plagiaristic Harvard grad.
