Dr. Aarons has been my doctor for well over 20 years. He is extremely competent as a physician.  He has always addressed my health concerns with up to date knowledge, efficiency and care.  He's even followed up with phone calls to be sure the medication is working.  It will be a sad day when he officially retires.
