Impossible to reach and or make an appointment with for simple medication refills. The answering service will become your best friend. 2 hour lunches and 4 day work weeks here. A two week turnaround on appointment requests is not uncommon and if you have a sleep disorder than you might as well forget it. 8am appointments and long wait times. Any prescription refill requests outside of a scheduled office visit is belittled and scrutinized That is if you are lucky 
enough to get a timely response. Do yourself a favor and look for medical care elsewhere.
