Biography

Charissa Newton, DNP, CNM earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2007, and Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2016. Prior to joining the Center for Women's Health and Wellness, she served as a registered nurse in labor and delivery at Atrium Medical Center. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Fetal Monitoring.
