Dr Kritzberger is hands down the best pediatrician that we have seen in the area. He takes the time to talk with you and discuss any concerns you have. He is also extremely genuine and passionate about his patients. A little back story - When our son was born, he was IUGR and we had some scares the first few months of his life and at that time our insurance allowed us to visit Mayo. Our son saw a few pediatricians and after seeing Dr Kritzberger we decided to have our son see him as his PCP even though we live in south La Crosse. Dr. Kritzberger always took the time to discuss everything with us and kept us calm through it all. He even offered to come in on his day off to see our son for a follow up. Then a few years ago our insurance changed and only Gundersen doctors were covered. We had no issue with the providers there, but none compared to how great Dr Kritzberger was with our son. Recently our insurance changed to were we could see doctors in the Mayo system again and we went back to see Dr. Kritzberger. He remembered so much about our son and our family (not things that would be tracked on a chart) and he was genuinely happy to see our son again.
