They try to sell me cushion for shoe, it does not work. Staff give me hard time when I return it even Chad says there is no obligation, return anytime. Then they bill me $34 for return. I have to argue with staff, it's terrible experience. The staff called me and said lots of nasty things. Massage is bad too. I went there because it's in insurance network but it not worth it.
