Extremely self centered and unhelpful. She would frequently cancel sessions without even notifying me or at the last minute, and then rant the next week how selfish I was for not 'caring' about her. I knew she was lying, could that be why? It could be that her sensibilities are from a bygone generation, but whenever there was conflict she would reject any criticism and try to shame and gaslight me. One of those people who will do anything to avoid responsibility for their actions. Told me how difficult I was and that's why I'm having problems- frequently- but offering zero solutions other than suggestions to watch comedies and such. I would not recommend unless you are a baby boomer who doesn't need help and just want someone to play doctor with. She knew what I was going through and inexplicably chose herself, every time, and thinks because the insurance covers it that she can treat me however poorly she wanted. Made it worse, a truly self centered human being in her own bubble.
