Dr Santos listened to me as a parent (who is with my child every day, knowledgeable about his seizures and triggers) and also engaged with my child when discussing treatment.  This is a very busy department, which is a downside, but so far I'm good with the care my child has received in the 2 months he's been under the care of Dr Santos.
