I went to see Dr. Richardson today in Hackensack for what I thought was the removal of a sebaceous cyst on my back.  She was over 45 minutes late for the appointment and when she finally made it she spent 5 minutes with me just to tell me I would need to come back to have it removed.  I asked if I could have it done today and she informed me that her time was “precious” and she was fully booked.  When I informed her that I took a day off from work just to have this done, she got up and left without even apologizing.  I guess my time wasn’t as precious as hers.

I found her to be rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend her.  I plan on finding another doctor who can do the procedure for me, closer to home and one who values my time as much as theirs.
