We scheduled an appt for my 16 year old daughter to meet with Dr. Chen for professional advice related to her facial acne.
After finally getting the appt (and patiently waiting several months), she met with us for less than 5 mins and cautioned us her recommended course of treatment would cause her acne to get worse before it got better.  Within weeks of beginning treatment, my daughter continues to experience the worse acne of her life.  We tried to schedule a follow-on appt to explore alternative options but Dr. Chen had no openings in her schedule for several months and we settled for a video appt nearly 3 months from our first and only visit.  Ultimately, we sought professional help through another medical office.  I do not suggest Dr. chen for treating acne skin conditions.
