I am looking for a new primary care doctor so I called to see if I could schedule an appointment. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Once someone finally picked up, I was rudely told that Dr Boinest is no longer taking new patients despite the Aetna website saying she is accepting patients.  When I asked who else in her practice is available, the receptionist hung up on me.
