Prior to seeing Dr McCraw I was seeing another for over 2 years not being to urinate asked about how or what we could be done to solve the cathedrae problem only to be told needed more test after test. On my first visit with Dr McCraw told me what needed to be done to and set a date for surgery. When the surgery was done and I was in recovery Dr came to see if I had any questions or concerns I asked him when when he do the surgery he said it was done and once I am ok I can go home no pain week later I was back to normal . My only issue was why didn't I find him sooner and avoid 2 years of pain. He takes the time to explain any and all issues you may have the nurse an office staff are kind wait time was 5-10 minutes . Am si=o glad I found a Dr that cares and helps you get back to yourself in a short time

Met with Dr Mcgraw for initial consult and was so impressed. He explains everything, answers all your questions, addresses any and all concerns.  I have total confidence in him, will see no other.  I have a urolift planned and have total confidence in him. He already did the initial cystophy procedure. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this doctor.

This poor excuse of a doctor refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late. Actually I was on time for my appointment and was a minute early. But since it was my first time, I was asked to be their 15 minutes early (although the grumpy lady at the counter said I was told to be there 30 minutes early) Hey lady - even when you called the day before to confirm you again said 15 minutes early.
I was in so much pain when I went in, I could barely breathe or sit. After I started to fill out their paperwork, the rude lady said "we are going to have to reschedule you because you were late". I said, I was on time for my appointment but there is construction in this area and was stuck in a bit of traffic" - to which she said "well we already called him and he cant see you. I said, then see me a scheduled BECAUSE I WAS ON TIME FOR MY APPOOINTMENT and I will fill the paperwork out in the exam room or during or after, and that I was in SO much pain I had to see someone very badly. Then I said, "wait, you just CALLED him"? So he isnt even here? Are you kidding me? Do I charge him for my time when he is late and makes me sit there waiting? But the rude lady could care less. You are in the wrong line of work lady when you have no caring or compassion. She just went on and asked when do I want to reschedule for? I said this guy just lost my business. I have top of the line PPO insurance, but my procedure wouldn't be covered - and was going to pay cash for the surgery which I understand starts at $17,000+ In the end, I am happy he didnt see me. Any doctor who turns down a patient in need because I took a few minutes off of his tee time doesnt deserve to be called a doctor.
