Dr. Carolyn June Laney, LAC

I went into this provider because I looked her up and Aetna said she was in network. After 3 visits I get a bill for $300 because she was using the incorrect tax codes. She claimed she tried to contact Aetna to work this out but failed to get it resolved. I would not use this provider if you're using Aetna insurance because your going to get stuck with a large bill and little to no help from the provider. She is a nice person, however the lack of professionalism in regards to filing the correct tax codes is very unprofessional. BEWARE. 

I had an amazing experience with Carolyn Laney! She was able to see me the same day, which I really appreciated. She took the time to thoroughly collect all my information, listen to my concerns, and understand my health goals. Before starting the procedure, she explained everything in detail, making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. She was incredibly caring and gentle throughout the session. The office was very clean, and the atmosphere was calming, which made the experience even better. I felt results right away, and I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend!
