Met with Carolyn one time with my wife and at the end of the meeting she booked the next appointment. On the day of the appointment she sent a text message that stated the following "Good Morning this message is to notify you that you'll receive a discharge letter that includes referrals to specialists that can address your specific needs. I wish you the best going forward" I called her, messaged her, my wife messaged her and no response. For someone who is in the profession of counseling clients, should be professional enough to discharge someone in person and not send a text. I would not recommend. Stay away from this fraud.
