Choan is horrid, and her staff is worse. You cannot speak to a human when you call their office, you can only leave a message. They don't reply for more than 48 hours, if then. If I could get enough of us together to file a class action lawsuit against her, I would. Negligence, malfeasance, malpractice. She prescribes an anti-anxiety medication for me, but I'm out and have been for days because of her delay in calling in the refill, so here I am in withdrawal and no solution until my meds arrive in the mail sometime in the next four days. AND it shouldn't have been a mail order prescription to begin with ~ that was an error by one of her staff. I'm so angry my blood pressure is rising like crazy.
