Never even saw the doctor. Call center said I could be seen, when I got there the staff at the front desk insisted they did not take my insurance even though I verified with my insurance online and on the phone, as well as made an emergency switch to name Dr. Alvarez my primary. They would not shut up long enough to let me explain any of it. Beyond unprofessional - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
