I needed help with my 13 year old son. I sent Carla a long email with information about him beforehand (She never asked to speak with me before his apt). She spent 20 mins a telehealth apt with him, and decided she didn't want to continue because he was "not engaged." She didn't give him another appointment, didn't recommend meeting him in person, and never reached out to me to discuss. It took me reaching out a week later to figure out the reasoning. I do not recommend her at all adolescent/teen care.
