As always my experience at my appointment was exceptional. The medical system that roomed me was very kind and courteous. When she took my Blood Pressure, it was a very high reading for me. I was surprised to see that reading and the medical assistant asked me if I wanted my blood pressure repeated. She had no problem repeating my Blood Pressure. And as usual, it was a low/normal BP. I have no words to Express my gratitude to Doctor Ellis. She is very gentle and kind and compassionate very professional. She spends quality time with me. I never leave the office confused or concerned as everybody is very welcoming.

I love Dr. Ellis. She's great! Scheduling my well check appointment was easy because it was scheduled months in advance. In the past year I've had multiple illnesses and when I called in to make an appointment I was not able to be seen by Dr. Ellis or anyone in the office because there were no available appointments. But was told instead to go to urgent care that day because they were serious issues and could not wait. Continuing to go to urgent care when there's an issue is hard and you don't get cohesive treatment. I'd like to be able to see Dr. Ellis when I have an injury or illness.

my care provider is excellent. She is respectful and listens to all my concerns. The biggest challenge is being able to schedule a time with her in a timely manner. I was on a phone, cancellation, waitlist, and I was offered appointments sooner than I was able to schedule. I appreciate the sense of urgency shown by the scheduler and trying to fit me in. I would refer my friends to my primary care doctor however, getting to see her is a challenge. I prefer to see my primary care doctor over a nurse practitioner. My past experience with the nurse practitioner was not very positive.

Dr. Ellis is the best doctor my husband and I have ever had. She's very kind professional and treats us both with such dignity. As we're aging this is very important. We always feel like she's concerned about our health and we never feel rushed at our appointments. My husband had back surgery in August. Dr. Ellis called to inquire how the surgery had gone. It was above and beyond, so kind and typical of how much she cares about her patients. We have both recommended Dr. Ellis to friends. We feel very lucky to have her as our primary care doctor.

My initial appointment was some weeks later than I felt necessary due to Dr. Ellis' full schedule. I was 'wait listed' and was able to see Dr. Ellis within quite a bit sooner due to cancellation by another patient. The visit was not urgent, but it was important to address a mood issue I've been experiencing. Dr. Ellis was a good listener and provided an alternative (medication) to try for effectiveness, then a follow-up session to evaluate effectiveness - AND - guidance in the event the medication proved problematic. Very helpful to be heard.

Dr Ellis is an excellent doctor. She listens and has diagnosed and/or referred me out to a specialist for care or a complete diagnosis. Over the past few years this has happened not once but several times. This is the first doctor I have truly trusted in years. Before my first visit with her several years ago, I was constantly told I was healthy when a 9 year undiagnosed illness (per my surgeon) was waiting to be discovered. The entire front and back office staff Is excellent as well I am always treated promptly and with kindness

This was the best meeting I have had with Dr. Ellis. Prior contact was a little less desireable. This past contact was OK on Dr. Ellis' end and VERRY POOR on the schedualing of specelists, It took TWO YEARS to get an appointment with a pulminologist and at that I had to call schedualing and get them to move on the contact of the specelist. My appointment with Dr. Ellis will be a week ago tomorrow so we do not know if the follow through will be better.

Dr. Ellis is my favorite provider ever! She listens and works with my style of using the least amount of medication possible and hears when I think I know what's going on. If I'm wrong about it she tells me what rules out the disgnosis I'm afraid it is, which I appreciate immensely. She is perfect for me. Because she's so good she's popular and her appointments book out for weeks. I don't like that part but what am I to expect? She's amazing!

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Ellis and are very happy with the care she gives us. She always listens carefully to our questions and concerns, answers them thoroughly and takes care of anything she can during our visits. We think we were fortunate to have found her when we moved to the area over four years ago and hope to continue under her care after Peace Health takes over.

My only concern with this clinic is that when I need to book an appointment with my provider, she's never available within a certain time frame needed. She's booked far out or no availability to see her for sick visits. I get why she's booked out also because she is an AMAZING provider. My overall experience with my provider is great! I can see why she is so booked out.
