Dr. was very dismissive of my C-PTSD and Panic Disorder. I carry a card given to me by my psychologist that explains I have these conditions and what level of care I need. For example, it states I need to keep as much of my clothing on as possible, to be told what the Dr. is going to do before she does it, etc. I gave her the card, she saw it was a psychiatric issue and set it aside without even reading it. She was very abrupt and didn't take time to listen (also, she didn't even remember what I DID TELL her even a few weeks later when I had to call the office regarding Rx). Incredibly rude and uncaring, not to mention unprofessional. When I told my psychologist who I had seen, she told me that this Dr. was known for being dismissive to patients with psychiatric issues, even when they are caused by trauma.
