Calix is very nice, but she is not professional as a therapist. In what I assume was an effort to connect, she talks about her life too much and basically everything I said about myself she claims to also have the same things (not just mental, but physical, historical, and lifestyle). She was late to every session. She was eating and doing other personal things during session which made it feel like her attention was elsewhere and that this wasn’t a priority. Her type of therapy was very self-directed and not connected from session to session. Sessions felt more like venting to a vlog with little to no therapy provided rather than having an expert help to figure things out.
