Dr. Pinotti & her staff have been a blessing to my family as we are navigating the wellness journey of my child. During the very scary & frustrating time of trying to find an accurate diagnosis for my child's health dilemma, Dr. Pinotti's thoughtful review of my child's medical history, her in-depth conversations with us & her willingness to speak with other colleagues for insight & clarity, enabled her to get to an accurate diagnosis & create a plan of care. Through the treatment process, Dr. Pinotti has operated under the "clear is kind" philosophy. While the treatment of my child's illness is not easy, Dr. Pinotti has been clear about our path (& when we have to change course); caring enough to listen & anticipating other medical needs & supports that may arise.
