Brooke Johnson, OTR/L is an Occupational Therapist. She earned a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016 and she joined Essentia Health in 2020. Brooke specializes in Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy and has advanced training in Women's and Men's pelvic health and postpartum rehabilitation. She also enjoys working with patients with neurologic conditions and cognitive deficits to help them become more independent in their daily tasks. Brooke is dedicated to help her patients move with less myofascial restrictions, increase freedom of movement and decreased pain to help them return to their prior level of function.
